CROSMAN / SIGNATURE SERIES AIRGUNS / Limited One Year Warranty

Product is warranted to the retail consumer for one year from date of retail purchase. If no receipt, the product is warranted for one year from date of manufacture.

Note: Warranty is void if gun has been disassembled or modified.

What Is Covered: Replacement parts and labor. Transportation charges to consumer for repaired product.

What Is Not Covered: Transportation charges to Crosman or an Authorized Service Station. Damages caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance.


SOFT AIR / Limited 30 Day Warranty

Product is warranted to the retail consumer for 30 days from date of retail purchase against defects in material and workmanship and is transferable.

Note: Warranty is void if gun has been disassembled or modified.

What Is Covered: Replacement parts and labor. Transportation charges to consumer for repaired product.

What Is Not Covered: Transportation charges to Crosman for defective product. Damages caused by abuse, modification or failure to perform normal maintenance
Exception: Model # S1008KT carries a Limited One Year Warranty


REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS / Limited 30 Day Warranty

Product is warranted to the retail consumer for 30 days from date of retail purchase against defects in material and workmanship.

Note: Warranty is void if gun has been disassembled or modified.

** A Sticker is put on outside of box and on owner’s manual indicating the gun is remanufactured and has a 30 day warranty. The gun is also marked with an R near the serial number, which identifies it as a remanufacture product.

What Is Not Covered: Transportation charges to Crosman for defective product. Damages caused by abuse, modification or failure to perform normal maintenance

Repair service outside the warranty period is referred Crosman Authorized Service Stations. You can locate an Authorized Service Stations by calling the Crosman Customer Service Department at 800-724-7486 M-F, 8:00am–4:30pm EST.
